- Document storage and export
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Account Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. AI-Generated Content
Your Responsibility

- AI-generated content is a starting point and should be reviewed and edited before use
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of content you submit to employers
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job offers or interviews
- You should not include false or misleading information in your job applications
API Keys
If you provide your own API keys for AI services (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini), you agree to:
- Comply with the terms of service of those AI providers
- Accept responsibility for any charges incurred through your API usage
- Not share API keys that belong to others without authorization
6. User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service, including resumes, cover letters, notes, and contact information.
License to Offrd
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Content Accuracy
You represent that content you upload does not violate any third party's rights and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Offrd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including:
- Supabase (authentication and data storage)
- AI providers (Claude by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini)
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
9. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service may require payment. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose
- Using the Service will result in job offers or interviews
- Your data will never be lost (though we take reasonable precautions)
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFRD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from your use of AI-generated content
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Damages resulting from third-party services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Offrd harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Content you submit or share
- Your violation of any third party's rights
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
- We may delete your data after a reasonable period
- You may export your data before account deletion
You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
